| Linda McDonough is a licensed CPA in Vermont. She has been a CPA since 1985 and has practice experience in Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont. |

| Linda holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has taken post-graduate courses in taxation at the University of Hartford. In 2002, Linda earned her CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Her experience is in tax research, planning and consulting for all types of business entities, individuals, and estate and gift clients. She also has experience in evaluating manufacturing, service and construction organizations. |
